Dispositions
Lotmoxie has a long term, hold mentality with the preference to retain all our MHPs, however we may occasionally explore opportunistic dispositions with an approximate 5-10 year hold period, parks exit through individual sales, roll up or portfolio sale.
Asset Management
Asset management for such tasks as insurance, cash management, property tax assessments and payment, vendor coordination, financial reporting, tax preparation, human resources and lender relations.
Development
Development of permitted lots in existing and new MHPs. Over the last 18 months we have placed emphasis on the challenging task of developing new MHPs in targeted markets throughout the southeastern US.
